    These tips are wonderful! Thank you :) I am a former competitive swimmer, who after having my children…does not exercise hardly at all! It is awful…I feel fatigued and out of shape completely! I began taking Vidazorb probiotics to boost my immunities after their children’s chewable helped our son so much with his allergies and Eczema….and oh my- I now understand why I am losing weight. I have read that research is showing a correlation between weight loss and probiotics…hmmm, makes sense! Now…I just need to get busy with weight training, lifting, strengthening and toning!!!!
