Diabetes does not have to be a death sentence. It can be a healthy lifestyle with a few adjustments. Yes, you must watch what you eat and yes, you must monitor your blood sugar every day. Once you learn to adjust a few aspects of your life, you can live a healthy lifestyle with diabetes.
