I could not agree more with your philosophy on weight management! I think too often, we are all after a “quick fix” on things. Our family has completely changed the way we think of food and living by eating healthy whole foods (with excitement by the way) and avoiding processed foods. We no longer buy the junk…so the choice or temptations have not even been there- after awhile of this it just becomes who we are. We also take the Vidazorb probiotics after they helped our son so much with food allergies and Eczema. I have read a lot on them and probiotics are now being shown to help with weight too.
